Chocolate Ganache Mini Cupcakes

I had some extra mini cupcakes so I wanted to play around with some chocolate ganache.  I ended up frosting them with vanilla buttercream and then dipping them in the chocolate ganache!  WOW!  So good…now I just have to make them look pretty…
