First Birthday Party Dessert Table!

Love, love this first birthday party theme! An explosion of pink for little Samantha. Pink and gray elephants, candy, cookies and cupcakes made this dessert table almost to sweet to eat!

The smash cake was vanilla with dulce de leche buttercream. The cupcakes were red velvet with cream cheese frosting and then some more vanilla with dulce de leche buttercream! Delish!

Gumball Cupcake Tower

How cute is this birthday theme – gumballs!  It was Tommy’s 1st birthday and his mom did a fantastic job with the decorations. She had jars of gumballs, giant rainbow swirl lollipops and lots of accents in primary colors.

The cupcake tower included dark chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream, red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese buttercream and vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.

Love how the pictures turned out!

Pink Smash Cake

I got a call from an old friend “from the neighborhood” who needed a little smash cake for her daughter’s 1st birthday party.  She had pinned a picture (love Pinterest by the way – you can follow me here… http://pinterest.com/treatboutique/ ) of the cutest little cake and I jumped at the chance at making it.  It turned out adorable! Perfect for her gorgeous little daughter – Happy Birthday Liliana!

Lil’ Bealsy Tee-Up for Down Syndrome Dessert Table

For the past thirteen years two friends of mine, Mary and Brian Beale, have put together the Lil’ Bealsy Tee-Up for Down Syndrome golf tournament and dinner in honor of their son Colin.  This event is an overwhelming success and all the proceeds have been donated to organizations that promote the well-being of individuals with special needs.  In addition, Brian has authored a series of books about acceptance and inclusion of those with Down Syndrome.  You should check out the website for The Colin Series and place an order today!

For this year’s event we donated a cupcake tower with over 200 mini cupcakes in seven flavors!
